My first daughter wasn't in a good routine so Nerissa gave me a sleep plan to stick to, it was hard, but with Nerissa's help she now stays in bed and sleeps through and waits for her sunshine clock every morning.
I had my second baby and went back to Nerissa for early advice for an easier life with 2 children, as my husband works away. She is now in a great nap routine and sleeps for 12-13 hours every night with no nonsense, unless shes poorly/teething etc.
Nerissa was wonderful with my girls, her skills and knowledge are mind blowing and she really does know what she is doing. She gives me comfort and makes me feel confident that i can do this and that hardwork really does pay off when it comes to getting your babies and children into good routines.

We would highly recommend Nerissa. She came to us for two weeks after the birth of our first baby. From day 1 she cared for our baby with great confidence, capability and love. Nerissa's wealth of experience meant she could show and teach us how to best meet the needs of our baby. She was also very sensitive and aware of family needs and when we wanted to spend time alone. Not only was she knowledgeable with newborn care but my birth was an emergency C-section so she was extremely supportive in helping my recovery. She is pro-active and always one step ahead, as well as being extremely reliable
